Our newsletter includes details of our response to the conflict to the Middle East as well as a visit by Prince William to our spin out company, Low Carbon Materials at their Seaham base.

We also have news of a new Alice in Wonderland-inspired interactive game which can be played at our Botanic Garden.

Key highlights include Professor Joe Elliott in our Education department co-authoring a book warning how many children with dyslexia aren’t getting the help they need.

We also include news of our scientists securing £49.35m funding to support a national spectrometry infrastructure project as well as a look at how our researchers have engaged with the media over the last few months.
